You think it's for other women

I know you wonder if you’re brave enough to get a coach. And let’s face it, you do need to be a little bit brave because it means you’re serious about making changes. You can’t be half-arsed about it, not really.

I see you doubting if you have enough spunk. You worry that you’re not determined or motivated enough. What happens if you can’t do the actions or make the changes?

You believe that having an exciting mission in life, or a passion project, or your own business, or a new career, is just plain unrealistic. That’s for other women, not you.

And that makes me sad. Because I know how it feels to lack self-belief. I didn’t believe it was possible for me either.

And it’s not surprising we feel like this – we’ve lost our confidence. And we struggle to find our mojo on the best of days, our get-up-and-go just got up and went!

Here’s the thing.

You’ve not been supported to explore what’s truly possible for you.

You’ve not yet fully tapped into your amazing strengths, gifts and talents. And that includes the ones you might not even know about yet!

I know you have the desire and the willingness to commit to doing things differently. (I’ve seen you reading the self-help books, signing up for those self-development courses and ‘magic’ 5 easy steps to happiness programmes!)

You don’t need to do this alone. It’s much easier with someone sitting next to you who gets it, whose been there. Who can support you, hold you accountable and be your cheerleader.

I believe in you, 100%.
