My Story

As a gay woman coming out later in life I struggled with self-acceptance, shame and guilt for many years. I know just how much hiding parts of who you are stops you from achieving your full potential.

To truly shine and thrive we all need to feel free to be fully ourselves.

Many of the women I work with are questioning their sexuality later in life and are feeling stuck, trapped and confused. They’re either wondering if they’re Lesbian, Bisexual or Queer or they're hiding, filtering and pretending to be straight because they are afraid to fully be who they are, at work, in society and at home.

I believe that coming out is an extremely personal thing and is different for everyone.

Keeping the truth from those closest to you, pretending and hiding who you are is painful and feels hugely lonely and isolating. It affects mental and emotional wellbeing. It’s distracting and stressful and can have a big impact on daily life.

I’ve successfully transformed my life from feeling trapped and living a lie to embracing and learning to love all of myself.

In my own journey of self-discovery, I found my unique creativity and my purpose. Now I get to do what I love every day, helping other amazing women, like you, to do the same.

For some of us coming out to ourselves, accepting our sexuality and learning to love ourselves just as we are is all we need to do right now.

If you're questioning your sexuality or struggling to fully embrace who you are, I can help. I’m here to help you love your life and live to your fullest potential.

Trust me, just talking to someone who has been there and gets it will help.

I promise.

I want to inspire, support and enable you to live in the fullness of who you are. To help you realise your amazing potential and feel confident and free to live the life you’ve been dreaming about.
