If your coaching has been arranged or funded by your employer or another organisation, I will not share the content of coaching sessions without your consent unless I am legally required to do so.

How long I keep your information
I only keep personal information for as long as necessary.
Typically, I retain:
Coaching agreements, intake forms and session summaries for six years after coaching ends.
Consultancy and project records for six years after completion.
Financial records for at least six years to meet legal and tax requirements.
Marketing information until you unsubscribe or ask me to remove your details.
When information is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or destroyed.
