Do you find yourself filtering or hiding your authentic self because you’re afraid of bringing all of who you are, into your personal life, your business, or your career?
Do you feel like you’ve got a bigger purpose, a mission that will positively change the lives of others and yet you struggle to find the clarity and confidence to bring it into reality?
I get it - because this was me a few years ago.
When you find yourself questioning your sexuality and coming out later in life it can be a scary and lonely place to be. I had a successful corporate career, dream holidays, a good social life, and all those things that from the outside look like you’ve got it sorted.
And yet even though I ticked all the typical ‘success’ boxes I felt stuck, unfulfilled, and trapped in a relationship and job that were sucking the life out of me!
I’d become disconnected from my values and passions. I was numbing out on alcohol and food to avoid the reality of my situation and I was terrified to change anything. It all seemed so difficult and I had no idea where to start.
The shame I had about my sexuality ran deep. Back then I didn’t understand internalised homophobia and the damaging impact it was having on my mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.
I knew I had to choose. To carry on pretending everything was ok when really it was all falling apart, or to find the courage to take an honest look at my life and what I really wanted.

So I ended my long-term relationship.
I downsized my home.
I went part-time in my corporate job and left a year later.
I embarked on a deep and transformational personal and professional development journey.
I found my Why, I healed the shame I felt about my sexuality and I built a business that changes lives.
That was 6 years ago.
Why am I telling you all this? Because I want you to know that if I did this, then you can too.
But I didn’t get here overnight and I certainly didn’t get here alone!
I sought out the right coaches and mentors who had walked the path before me and who I knew would understand my journey and support me all the way to creating a life I loved and a business that made a positive, profound difference to the people I wanted to help.
I’d love to be that person for you.
Because right now there aren’t enough people lifting up and supporting LGBTQ+ people and my mission is to change that.
