One of the most powerful things about working with someone who understands what it’s like to be LGBTQ+ in a very straight cisgender world is that you can be fully yourself from the get-go.
You can bring all of who you are into our coaching work together without worrying about being judged or misunderstood which is incredibly freeing, liberating and empowering and has a hugely positive impact on the changes you’re seeking to make in your life, your career or your business. Or all three!

Living your authentic truth — It’s a cliche but so, so important. If you struggle with people-pleasing, shrinking, or betraying yourself to fit in, or because you’re afraid to fully be you, then you’re not only missing out on what’s possible for you, other people are missing out too! I’d love to help you bring all of who you are into the world and make the incredible difference I know you’re here to make!
Taking confident action when growing a business or developing your career — I started my business 6 years ago after spending 30 years working in large corporates. I didn’t have a clue how to run a business! I’ve worked with some amazing mentors and coaches (and still do) and learned so much about what it takes to build a successful business. I’ve also got a wealth of corporate experience under my belt having worked my way up to senior leader positions in a number of big UK Public Sector organisations.
Internalised homophobia or shame about your sexuality or gender identity — Is your shame about your sexuality or gender identity holding you back from fully expressing all of who you are? I know only too well how shrinking, filtering, and hiding our true self from everyone can have a toll on our mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. When we can embrace ourselves fully we open up a whole new world of creative expression and possibility!
Questioning your sexuality or gender later in life -— After my first same-sex experience at 30, I found myself feeling very confused, afraid, and alone. I know how isolating it can be when you’re questioning your sexuality later in life. I’ve helped lots of people, (some in heterosexual relationships) explore their sexuality, feel less alone, and decide on the best way forwards for themselves and the important people in their life.
Discovering your unique Why or Purpose — Finding my ‘Why’ or my ‘Purpose’ was one of the most empowering, exciting and scary times of my life! When I knew deep in my heart that I was here to help other people like me, who had struggled to bring their whole self into their relationships and their careers or businesses it was super exciting - it was also terrifying! It took me almost 3 years to take (what felt like) a very brave step to make my business niche the LGBTQ+ community. My only regret is I wish I’d done it sooner. I’d love to help get you there quicker and easier!
